Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing time

Most orders are processed in 3 up to 6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We guarantee we will ship at the lowest shipping fee, if we find a lower shipping rate we will issue a refund on shipping overages.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Damages

Glitzy Molds is not responsible for damages that occur to orders after they leave our facility. We will help to file a claim with the shipping carrier, but to file a claim, we need documentation to proceed. Please submit good, high quality photos of the box, packing, and items damaged to: Glitzymoldsshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please DO NOT destroy or trash any packaging or products unless directed by a member of the GM Team.

GM will work with you to help facilitate a refund or replacement, but in order to do that, we have to have the proper documentation to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping Policy

We only ship to all USA, CAnada and Puerto Rico.


Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to GM due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. GM is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If you believe your package has been stolen or misdelivered, please contact your local post office.  Also ask your neighbors, sometimes packages get dropped off on the wrong porch or mailbox. Upon inquiry GM will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If you think your package has been stolen please file a police report as it can be useful when making an insurance claim.
